High-Rise Renovation

Specially designed columns and connections allowed safe debris containment at the Prudential Center’s 52nd floor, reducing the risk of debris leaving Boston’s tallest skyscraper.

Full perimeter containment installed at elevation while maintaining safe access for ongoing work.

Winter Balcony Renovation

Custom columns, outriggers, and tarps enabled a winter renovation project to continue concrete pouring and surface finishing along a 600 foot balcony despite frigid temperatures. 

Integrated tarp and net system created a controlled work zone, allowing progress through winter conditions.
